Another delicacy from Yannick's homeland, Bretagne, Palet Breton is a wonderfully decadent butter cookie. 

Colloquially known in Bretagne as 'traou mad' (which means ‘good things’) these rich little morsels are made with salted French butter, sugar, and egg yolks.  Rich, sweet, and wonderfully buttery a Palet Breton is the perfect indulgence to accompany your morning coffee or your afternoon tea. 

Eat it as is, or top with fresh fruit and eat it like a short cake. There are no wrong ways to dig in!
